Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Irwin Mitchell LLP. Irwin Mitchell LLP is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and has its registered office at Riverside East, 2 Millsands, Sheffield S3 8DT.

2. The Competition
2.1 The title of the Competition is ‘Win a Signed England Rugby Shirt’. The Competition will be contained at the back of the Imagine Magazine. The link to the Competition (see Section 3) will take you through to a webpage which includes a question, which only has one correct answer. Entrants must submit the correct answer for a chance to win the Prize (see Section 5).
2.2 By participating in the Competition and submitting your entry, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the same.
3. How to enter
3.1 The Competition will run from 00:01 GMT on 12 September 2023 (the "Opening Date") to 30 November 2023 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
3.2 Entrants must be over 18.
3.3 Entrants must fully complete the online entry form at www.irwinmitchell-email.com/p/10X2-189Y/win-a-signed-england-rugby-shirt-imagine-magazine
3.4 All Competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59 GMT on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.5 No purchase is necessary.
3.6 The Promoter will not accept:
a. responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
b. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
3.7 The winner will be chosen at random from all entries who have answered the question correctly on the online entry form.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The Competition is only open to residents in the UK over 18, except:
a. employees of the Promoter or England Rugby or any of their holding or subsidiary companies;
b. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or England Rugby or any of their holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
c. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2 In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
4.3 The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
d. automatically generated by computer;
e. completed by third parties or in bulk;
f. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
g. photocopies and not originals; or
h. incomplete.
4.4 There is a limit of one entry to the Competition per person. Where a person has entered more than once, the first entry will be valid and all subsequent entries will be disqualified.
5. The Prize
5.1 The Prize is a signed England Rugby men’s shirt from the 2022/2023 season.
5.2 There is no cash alternative for the prize.
6. Winners
6.1 The Promoter’s decision of the winner is final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2 The Promoter will contact the winner between 1 December and 20 December 2023, using the email address provided with the Competition entry.
7. Claiming the Prize
7.1 If you are the winner of the Prize, you will have 14 days from the date you are contacted to claim the Prize by replying to the notification email. If you do not claim the Prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
7.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize as set out above, the Promoter will draw another entrant and the Prize will be passed to them.
8. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of claiming the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Ownership of Competition entries and intellectual property rights
9.1 The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your Competition entry.
9.2 You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a licence in the Competition entry and any accompanying photos of you, to use, display or publish for purposes related to the Competition.
10. Data protection compliance and publicity
10.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy.
10.2 By submitting your entry to participate in the Competition, you agree:
a. to comply with these terms and conditions;
b. that your personal information will be collected and processed by the Promoter for the purposes of executing this Competition; and
c. that your personal information will not be shared with any third party without your consent.
11. Feedback questions
We would be grateful if you could complete the three (3) feedback questions on the Competition entry form. These are optional and aren't needed for entry to win the prize.
12. Warranty and Representation
By submitting an entry, you warrant and represent that the entry:
a. is original, entirely your work and is being submitted on your behalf;
b. does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or any other rights of any third party;
c. does not violate any law or regulation; or
d. is not offensive, degrading, political or conflicts with public morality.
12. Cancellation:
If the Promoter is required to cancel the Competition at any time for any reason (for example, legal, regulatory, financial or reputational reasons), then the Promoter will email all entrants within a reasonable time informing the decision to cancel the Competition.
13. General
13.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
13.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
13.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
