How Much Does It Cost?
Our Wills Assured package is included in the fee for our Will-writing service. This is £195 for a single Will and £295 for ‘mirror’ Wills for couples, if you prepare your Will online. Different fees apply for our postal, telephone and face to face services.
The cost may be higher if your estate is particularly large or complicated. If this is the case we’ll let you know when we first talk to you about your requirements, and you can decide if you’d still like to go ahead.

What’s The Process?
If you’d like to get started with the Wills Assured service, first you’ll need to make a Will and name Irwin Mitchell as your executor.
You can write a Will using our online service – we’re usually able to send you a draft Will within 10 working days of receiving your instructions. Remember to select Irwin Mitchell as your executor when prompted.
