Wills for Santander Customers

Santander customers receive 20% off our usual rates for Wills.

Writing a Will helps you decide what happens to your estate after you die. Our solicitors will help you have a say in who receives your property and other assets. We will help you to:

  • Make a new Will
  • Update an existing Will
  • Resolve a dispute about a Will
  • Make a statutory Will for someone who’s lost mental capacity.

As a Santander customer, you can save money while planning for the future with a discount on our Will writing services. Our solicitors can help you write a Will to:

  • Make sure your money goes to the people you want it to go to
  • Minimise inheritance tax
  • Name trusted people as executors to sort out your affairs when you die
  • Appoint legal guardians for any children who are still minors
  • Reflect changes in your life circumstances, such as marriage or divorce, or the birth of children or grandchildren
  • Ensure gifts of personal items are left to the right people
  • Set up trusts and make gifts to charity.

If you don’t make a Will, the law will divide your estate according to what is known as the rules of intestacy. These rules are very rigid and may not reflect what you’d like to happen to your assets, or what is most tax-efficient.

Our will writing service is easy to use and tailored to your needs. We also act as executors for many clients, and have administered thousands of estates.
