Biography
I am a Solicitor in Irwin Mitchell’s Serious Injury Team in London. I have worked in the personal injury industry since 2015, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2018.
I specialise in complex and serious injury claims involving brain injury, serious orthopaedic injuries, amputations, and serious burn injuries. These injuries can involve road traffic collisions, accidents at work, and accidents in public places.
I also have experience in representing family members who have lost loved ones in tragic circumstances and securing that compensation to support the victim’s family.
I've always been passionate about working with people and I love meeting my clients, getting to know them, and guiding them through what is an extremely difficult and stressful time in their lives. I understand the importance of working quickly to put rehabilitation in place to achieve the best possible recovery for my clients.
Testimonials
"What truly set Irwin Mitchell, and more importantly my solicitor apart, was the human touch they brought to my case. Legal proceedings and jargon can be confusing and cut and dry, but my solicitor's warmth and empathy made a world of difference. Zoe showed genuine care and compassion, offering reassurance and support when I needed it the most. It felt like they truly cared about me, not just as a client, but as a person.
"I would wholeheartedly recommend Irwin Mitchell to anyone in need of legal support. They are not just exceptional professionals, but exceptional people. Thank you for everything - you truly made a difference in my life." - 5* TrustPilot Review
"Zoe Vallance under the supervision of Laura Middleton throughout the process, was compassionate, thorough, attentive to detail, patient and professional in navigating legal process to someone without a legal background. Probate was also submitted through Irwin Mitchell with Thomas Pape who was again very helpful in every way. My experience with Irwin Mitchell has been extremely positive against the backdrop of grief." - 5* TrustPilot Review
