Biography
Tim originally qualified as a barrister practising in the UK. He then moved to Hong Kong for several years, acting as in house counsel on a major arbitration.
Upon returning to the UK in 1996, Tim qualified as a Solicitor Advocate becoming a partner in a national firm and later head of construction and renewables.
Tim has extensive experience of construction projects and disputes. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a panel adjudicator and former Chairman of the Adjudication Society. He is a member of the Technology and Construction Solicitors Association. Tim is a tutor on the NEC panel of tutors, an accredited NEC professional and an NEC Project Manager.
