Other well-known clients in the Retail, Leisure & Hospitality sector, include Mothercare, McDonald’s, Arcadia Limited, Whitbread, Topshop and Pets at Home to name just a few.
William Noel-Flint – Diversity & Inclusion Manager
William is Irwin Mitchell’s Diversity & Inclusion Manager. He’s responsible for creating and implementing the organisation’s D&I strategy. His role involves engaging and connecting stakeholders from across the business, supporting the work of the diversity networks groups, and supporting leadership and colleagues to build an inclusive environment for all.
Ebony Quow – Lead People Partner, JD Sports
Ebony is an Advisory Board Member at Diversity in Retail, having graduated from their Ethnic Future Leaders programme. She’s also a Lead People Partner at JD Sports, where she works closely as a strategic partner with senior stakeholders to drive people initiatives. Ebony holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management and has previously worked at AO.
