As part of Irwin Mitchell’s drive to become one of the leading providers of legal advice to small and medium sized enterprises (SME), the business has launched a new service offering in September which is tailored specifically to their needs.
Details of the service are provided within a dedicated content site on its main website. This area also provides the ability for companies to download ‘top tip’ factsheets and access common issue scenarios. It also outlines SME offerings in each team, biographies of IM’s ‘SME champions’, client testimonials and links to a pay as you go (PAYG) helpline.
Developments over the coming months will include video presentations and advice, and the introduction of a document builder which will allow companies to build legal documents such as standard employment contracts or standard terms & conditions via a shopping basket facility.
Steve Beahan, partner and a member of the SME Steering Group, said: “This is as a result of careful analysis of this market and the opportunities it presents. In our view, many firms have chosen to overlook this market and very few competing offerings appear to have really got it right.
“This launch is phase one and we look forward to enhancing our range of services over the coming months.”
