We’re showing our support for Twins Trust as the platinum sponsor for their next fundraising walk. The ‘Walk 10k for TTTS’ event in June will raise vital funds for families affected by twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) and other similar conditions.
Twins Trust offer a range of services for families of twins, triplets and other multiple births, including a helpline, information packs and support groups for parents. We’re proud to be longstanding supporters of the charity and the brilliant work they do.
This year’s event, on Saturday 25 June, is the third annual 10k walk organised by Twins Trust. Entrants can take part virtually, as part of a workplace team, or at the live event at Virginia Water in Surrey.
Money raised will fund much-needed research into TTTS, a rare pregnancy condition affecting identical twins and other multiples. Last year’s event raised £32,000, and the charity want to smash that target in 2022.
