The festive spirit was out in force at the event, held at The Pace Centre in Aylesbury. Children of all ages and abilities moved to the music, alongside their families and the centre staff.
As a longstanding supporter of The Pace Centre, we were delighted to be involved with the festival, which had a seasonal theme, with Christmas trees and fancy outfits for all.
The event was brilliantly managed by the centre’s staff, who followed the latest COVID protocols to ensure the safety of the children and their families.
Claire Smart, Headteacher and Director of Education at The Pace Centre, said: “Events like the dance festival have many benefits for our community.
“The families get to celebrate their child's achievements and enjoy that ‘proud parent’ moment that all parents should experience. And our supporters get to see the impact of their generosity and understand the children they are supporting on a more profound level.
“Most importantly, our children get to develop better self-esteem, build their confidence, and benefit from all the physical and social skills they develop in the process. Most of all, they get to have fun!
“Thank you Irwin Mitchell.”
Auriana Griffiths, partner and medical negligence expert at Irwin Mitchell, said: “We’re delighted to support the dance festival taking place. It was wonderful to be there and to see the children having so much fun taking part.
“We’re proud to be a longstanding supporter of The Pace Centre and all they do to support families.”
