A team of four from IM led by Solicitor Paul Weston, gave up their time to give a tired IT suite a facelift at the Blind Veterans UK (formerly St Dunstan’s) in Sheffield.
The room was almost 15 feet high, so the team hired platforms to access the high walls and windows to completely refresh the room.
The team did a fantastic job and received an invitation back to the centre to see the finished room following the introduction of new IT work benches, which were sponsored by IM.
Paul commented; “Although we represent injured servicemen and women in their personal injury claims against the MoD, we feel we have a responsibility to those organisations, like Blind Veterans UK, who support injured soldiers and help them with their rehabilitation. It is a great feeling to be able to help them when funds and resources for projects like this are just not available.”
