Irwin Mitchell has appointed Solicitor Dee Kundi to its Commercial Dispute Resolution & Litigation Team in Birmingham.
Joining from HSBC Bank Plc, Dee has significant banking litigation experience with excellent hands on experience from working as In-house Legal Counsel with extensive exposure to clients. This included providing specialist legal support in relation to mortgage repossessions, professional negligence, data protection, and disputes concerning insolvency, lender service and consumer credit.
Dee, who is the latest addition to our fast-growing business team, will support the continued expansion of the firm’s existing banking litigation practice. She will also assist the wider team in relation to other commercial disputes.
