Staff from Irwin Mitchell Scotland supported a glamorous charity masquerade ball at the end of last year to help raise funds for the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (BIRT), who are based at Graham Anderson House in the centre of Glasgow.
The team have been working with, and supporting, BIRT for a number of years to help raise awareness of the Trust and this was the second year in a row we sponsored the ball.
BIRT invited guests from across the region to dress in their finery and lavish masks for the ball, held at the Oran Mor arts and entertainment centre in Glasgow’s West End. The event proved to be a huge success, helping to raise over £3,000 for the trust.
Lorraine McAuley from BIRT, said: “It was wonderful to see so many of our supporters from local businesses and other good causes join us on the night. Everyone was dressed in classy costumes and mesmerising masks, which created a really fun atmosphere.
“All the money raised will really help us boost the charity and will enable us to continue to provide the life-changing rehabilitation and advice for people who have suffered an acquired brain injury, and their families. We are grateful to companies like Irwin Mitchell for their support.”

Graham Anderson House is a special neurobehavioral assessment and rehabilitation hospital for people with acquired brain injuries.
