Irwin Mitchell Scotland have been working closely with Headway East Lothian and Headway Glasgow to produce and launch a Directory of Care Services for each area.
Headway Glasgow’s Directory of Brain Injury Services was launched on Thursday 13 March as part of Brain Awareness Week at Irwin Mitchell Scotland’s office in Glasgow.
The Directory of Brain Injury Services for Headway East Lothian was also launched as part of their 10th Birthday Celebrations on Monday 7 April 2014.
At IMS we understand that a brain injury can unexpectedly alter the course of a person’s life in an instant.
This booklet will help those with a brain injury, their carers, families and healthcare professionals to get the help and assistance needed after a life changing brain injury. It is our hope that this booklet will help to guide those affected by brain injury in the right direction. We also hope to provide information to those already living with a brain injury about a diverse range of services which they may not have heard of and which could really help their everyday life.
