Legal Business Honours Irwin Mitchell With Private Client Team Of The Year Award
We’re proud to announce our Family team has been awarded Private Client Team of the Year award from Legal Business – a high profile award recognising the best teams in the legal industry.
At a ceremony held at the Grosvenor Hotel in London in early April, the best legal firms and individuals were honoured at the Legal Business Awards, which was its 19th annual awards ceremony.
The Private Client Team of the Year award recognised Irwin Mitchell’s work across areas of law such as Family, Contentious Probate, personal tax and Will, Trusts and Estates. The awards were open to all legal practitioners, including large international firms operating in multiple jurisdictions, boutique law firms, in-house teams, barrister chambers or a national or regional practice in the UK.
Irwin Mitchell’s Private Client team is unique because it is one of the largest in the country and has a regional and national reach. We often represent clients in the highest courts on landmark cases and in the past 12 months alone, we were successful in the Supreme Court with two divorce cases on behalf of Mrs Sharland and Mrs Gohil, who challenged their settlements after being misled by their husbands regarding their wealth.
