Irwin Mitchell appoints new Head of Family Law

Law firm Irwin Mitchell has appointed Partner Clare Wiseman as its new National Head of Family Law.

Clare is based on the South Coast and has national, regional and international clients. She has over 30 years' experience in a broad range of family law matters and joined Irwin Mitchell as a Partner in 2015.

Clare is a member of Resolution and Reunite (the leading UK charity specialising in child abduction) and deals with abduction and international relocation cases as well as financial matters. She is one of the few solicitor English Fellows of the prestigious International Academy of Family Lawyers, based outside of London.  She is also a practising Collaborative lawyer which compliments her substantial litigation practice.

Ros Bever, who previously held the role, is now the firm’s Managing Partner for the whole Private Client team, but continues to work with High Net Worth clients on family law cases and divorce including complex international and financial issues.
