Tina moves to Irwin Mitchell from Bindmans, where she provided advice on a comprehensive range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. With a focus on unfair dismissal and discrimination cases, Tina represented predominantly claimant clients and achieved notable success in negotiating settlement, exit packages and successful litigation before the Employment Tribunal.
She has worked with clients across various industries, including retail, banking and finance, charities, and academia, ensuring compliance with regulatory provisions from organisations such as the Financial Conduct Authority, General Medical Council, and Solicitors Regulation Authority.
