Joint Administrators Confirm A Buyer Has Been Found For The Business
Irwin Mitchell’s Restructuring and Insolvency team has advised on deal which has seen more than 3,000 jobs being saved at a South Yorkshire facilities management and stadium security business.
Intelligent Protection Management Group is a multi-service security, facilities management and stadium management organisation. Its clients come from both the public and private sectors and include councils, football clubs, the NHS, high street retailers, the catering and hospitality industry, social housing schemes and the leisure industry.
Launched in 2006, the company employs over 200 staff in South Yorkshire along with a workforce of more than 3,000 workers throughout the country.
Danielle Shore and Ryan Holdsworth from the Sheffield office of Leonard Curtis, were appointed as joint administrators of Intelligent Protection Management Group.
The joint administrators have confirmed that a buyer has been found for the business and that all jobs have been secured.

Tom Paton, Curtis Blackham and Rachel Piper from Irwin Mitchell, advised the administrators. Banking & Finance partner, Dan Webster, also advised on the deal.
