Latest Deal Follows Previous Announcement For 300 Home Development In Grimsby
The property team at law firm Irwin Mitchell has advised Countryside Partnerships on obtaining planning permission for its site in Birkenshaw, Yorkshire for 77 new homes.
The scheme will be a mixed tenure development with 39 open market sales homes under Countryside’s Linden Homes brand and 38 homes for Leeds Federation.
Countryside Partnerships plans to start on site in the next few weeks.
The team at Irwin Mitchell was led by Property partner Michelle Beaumont, supported by Anastasija Beard, Associate and Victoria Tague, Associate in the Planning and Environment Team.
