ThreeTwoFour Set To Boost Node4’s Cyber Security Credentials

Irwin Mitchell’s Corporate team has advised the shareholders of ThreeTwoFour, an award-winning information security and technology risk specialist, on its sale to Node4, a cloud-led digital transformation Managed Services Provider.

ThreeTwoFour is well known for its extensive suite of information security services, including programme delivery, cyber strategy, risk and control assessment and governance.

This acquisition marks Node4's third substantial growth investment in the past 18 months. ThreeTwoFour's proficiency in M&A Cyber Due Diligence further strengthens Node4's solutions and services offerings.  Leveraging ThreeTwoFour's capabilities, Node4 is likely to be better positioned to address the rising demands for effective cybersecurity solutions within the public sector and government frameworks.
