NC Precision Extends Expromet’s Range Of Precision Engineered Solutions
The Corporate team at law firm Irwin Mitchell has advised precision casting and machining group Expromet Technologies Group on its acquisition of NC Precision.
Based in Chard, Somerset and established in 1999, NC Precision is a leading manufacturer of precision components specialising in CNC sliding head machining and miniature machining for a wide range of industry sectors.
Expromet Technologies Group is a privately-owned precision engineering group that also owns Investacast, a global supplier of investment castings, pressure die castings and forgings; and Haworth Castings, a specialist in manufacturing sand and gravity die castings. Metaltech Precision is another Expromet group company and it is based within a few miles of the newly acquired business.
The deal represents a further step in the development of Expromet as a leading group of advanced precision casting and machining businesses, delivering world-class engineering solutions for performance-critical applications.
