Two Firm Of The Year And Two Rising Star Awards Among The Nominations

Irwin Mitchell has been shortlisted for six awards at the forthcoming Legal 500 Northern Powerhouse Awards.

With winners set to be announced in March, the shortlist has seen Irwin Mitchell named in the insurance section for Firm of the Year; while Fran Mayes is up for Lawyer of the Year and Laura Mcilduff has been named in the Rising Star of the Year category.

The private client section of the awards saw another shortlisting for Firm of the Year, while Hannah Saxe was on the final list for Rising Star of the Year. In the Main Stage Awards, the firm has also been recognised in the Marketing Team of the Year category.

Celebrating the success of northern law firms and lawyers, the Legal 500 Northern Powerhouse Awards recognise and reward those lawyers, law firms and in-house legal departments who are setting the pace in the region.

The shortlists and winners are determined by the research undertaken by The Legal 500 Guide and mark the outstanding achievements across the law firms and their colleagues in the region across 23 individual categories.

The winners will be announced on Thursday 2 March 2023 in a ceremony at The Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester.
