Deal Sees Two Firms Join Forces Amid Increasing Shift To Digitisation
The Irwin Mitchell corporate team has advised on the sale of business intelligence platform, cube19, to Bullhorn, a global leader in cloud computing for staffing agencies.
Led by partner Bryan Bletso and senior associate Ben Gale, both from the Irwin Mitchell London office, the deal is the latest major investment by Bullhorn, aimed at helping staffing agencies across the world transform their businesses.
cube19 was established by Dan McGuire in 2010 and Irwin Mitchell have acted for Dan and cube19 since its incorporation and have assisted the business through the years culminating in this transaction.
