Latest Personnel Today Nomination Coincides With Ongoing Investment In The Team
Irwin Mitchell has been shortlisted in the ‘Employment Law Firm of the Year’ category at the Personnel Today awards for the third year in a row.
Organised by the leading HR trade magazine, the awards are now in their 23rd year and will be held at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on 16 November.
Fergal Dowling, Employment law Partner and Director of Legal Services for the firm’s Commercial Advisory & Disputes team, said:
“It’s a great honour to be shortlisted again I am delighted and extremely proud of the team. The last 12 months have been very challenging but we have developed our strategy and widened our client proposition. This shortlisting recognises this as well as the valuable innovation to clients that we have made.”
Irwin Mitchell recently appointed Slater & Gordon’s National Head of Employment, Deborah Casale, as part of ongoing investment within its London Employment and Professional Discipline team.
Her arrival follows the law firm’s recent recruitment of Employment partner Danielle Parsons who was appointed in April this year, also from Slater & Gordon.
Commenting on the shortlist, Personnel Today editor, Rob Moss said: “The past year has been a huge challenge for HR and we’ve been overwhelmed by the sense of creativity and resilience that we’ve seen in this year’s entries.
“A huge congratulations to everyone who has been shortlisted and we look forward to celebrating your hard work and innovation in November!”
