Irwin Mitchell has also been recognised as a top employer for women as well as a centre of Excellence in Wellbeing. In the latest survey Irwin Mitchell posted its best ever colleague satisfaction scores with almost 80 per cent of colleagues at Irwin Mitchell saying the firm was a great place to work, while a response rate of 82% makes the survey a fair reflection of the business. Irwin Mitchell has consistently improved its performance in the survey categories over the last five years following the introduction of a wellbeing strategy and its colleague commitment. Just this week Irwin Mitchell announced its new Flexible by Choice approach to working post-pandemic which trusts colleagues to choose how and when they will work best subject to client commitments.
