Latest Seminar Hosted By Legal Experts Well Attended

Wellbeing and the importance of a work/life balance was the focus of discussion at the latest in a series of events hosted by a group of local lawyers.

The Leeds Futures Network Group, which was created by legal experts from national law firm Irwin Mitchell last August, held their recent gathering at Leeds Playhouse on Tuesday, 10 March.  The legal company is the current principal capital partner and access partner of the playhouse.

During the event, which was a breakfast seminar, the lawyers spoke about prioritising wellbeing to help achieve career goals.  An interactive workshop explored ways to maintain levels of wellbeing and what impact stress has upon developing within chosen roles.

Around 30 people were in attendance, and lawyer Victoria Moss of the Leeds Futures Network Group said: “We were delighted that our seminar proved popular with so many interested parties attending.  We launched the group last August and it is encouraging to see that our networking events are proving to be successful.

“Our events provide a fantastic opportunity for people to make new contacts and strengthen already existing connections.”
