Rose Macfarlane Joins Tax, Trusts And Estates Team From Adams & Remers

National law firm Irwin Mitchell’s Gatwick office welcomes a new senior associate to its Tax, Trusts and Estates team.

Rose Macfarlane joins from Adams & Remers, having trained at legacy firm Thomas Eggar LLP which merged with Irwin Mitchell in 2015. She is an expert in handling a full range of complex estate, trust and tax matters including tax planning, will preparation and providing legal and tax advice to trustees, as well as regularly dealing with on and offshore assets matters.

Rose’s client base includes high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners among others. She also has experience with Court of Protection matters and advising elderly clients.

The Gatwick Tax, Trusts and Estates has been expanding in recent months, with solicitor Sophia Parkes joining the highly regarded outfit in September 2019. The team recently moved up to the top tier in leading independent legal directory The Legal 500 for their exemplary work in the field.

The national Tax, Trusts and Estates team is one of the largest in the country; last it was awarded platinum accreditation by STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) for its quality of training, learning and development.
