Associate Diane Nicholls and Solicitor Anoushka Parker Welcomed To Leading Law Firm

Leading law firm Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth has recruited a new associate and solicitor to its residential property teams in Chichester and London, boosting its expertise and expanding its national reach.

Diane Nicholls returns to Irwin Mitchell’s Chichester office, having previously been at the firm following its merger with Thomas Eggar. Diane, who qualified as a solicitor in 1991, is an expert in handling high-end residential conveyancing, development matters and rural estates. Diane is a member of the Chichester Law Society and her client base is largely located in the Home Counties.

Diane will be a part of the residential conveyancing offering for the Chichester office, which currently has a strong leasehold enfranchisement team led by Marcelle Turner as well as the support of one of the largest private client offices in the south east.

Anoushka Parker joins the London office from Alen-Buckley Solicitors as a solicitor. Qualifying in 2014, Anoushka is a specialist in residential conveyancing and her client base includes high-net-worth individuals in London. As well as conveyancing, Anoushka also undertakes licences for alterations, deeds of variations and lease extensions.

The national residential property team has significantly expanded since partner Jeremy Raj took over as national head in 2017, with two senior hires, Coral Nottage and Nadia Kashani, also joining in the Gatwick and Newbury offices respectively.
