

Irwin Mitchell Advises On International Deal
Leading law firm Irwin Mitchell has advised Camfil AB on its acquisition of UK based Bushbury Holdings Limited, the owner of M.C. Air Filtration Limited.
Camfil AB is the Swedish parent company of a global group that is the world’s leading manufacturer of air filters and clean air solutions.
Established in Gillingham in Kent in 1974, M.C. Air Filtration Ltd is one of Britain’s leading designers and manufacturers of High Efficiency Particulate Air filters (HEPA filters), gaseous filters and associated filtration systems including high integrity isolation dampers.
The family-owned business’ expertise lies in protecting personnel from particulate and toxic contaminants within key sectors including nuclear, bio tech, pharmaceutical and medical research.
M.C. Air Filtration’s specialist product line will complement Camfil’s extensive portfolio of safety and containment products throughout the world.
