Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth has appointed a new senior associate solicitor to its immigration team, which falls under the leading national law firm’s tax, trust and estates team.

Mandeep Khroud is a specialist immigration lawyer with 16 years’ of experience with the UK immigration system, joining the London team from Doyle Clayton. Her experience lies in advising high-net-worth individuals, multi-national companies, SMEs as well as individuals who require assistance in applying for permanent residency, indefinite leave to remain and/or British citizenship.

As well as being a recommended lawyer in leading independent legal directory The Legal 500, Mandeep’s client base features high-net-worth individuals and she is an expert on advising entrepreneurs on entering or leaving the UK.

Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth’s London immigration team has gone from strength to strength in recent months, with Ben Xu being promoted to associate and a new paralegal joining the leading law firm. The national team, which also includes associate Padma Tadi in Leeds, is closely linked with the national family and business legal services (BLS) teams, already being seated in the national tax, trusts and estates outfit.
