Nazia Bashir Joins Rapidly Growing Team

Leading national law firm Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth has recruited solicitor Nazia Bashir to its tax, trusts and estates team in its Newbury office.

Nazia, who qualified as a solicitor in 2016, is an expert in advising on wills, powers of attorney and estate administration. Nazia has a firm and somewhat unique grasp of both Scottish and English Law, and has extensive legal work experience from various law firms in both Scotland and England.

Nazia is an associate member of STEP and is currently working towards obtaining the England & Wales STEP diploma for the Administration of Trusts and Estates.

Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth’s Tax, Trusts and Estates team has gone from strength to strength following a targeted and successful recruitment drive which has seen all its national departments expand in number and expertise.

In the last three months senior associate Andrea Jones was recruited to lead the team in the Leeds office and solicitor Kate Caldwell joined the leading national law firm’s London team.

Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth, which has 14 offices across the UK, was also named by eprivateclient as a 2018 top-tier law firm and the only national law firm at the top level. The Lawyer also named Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth as the leading private client litigation firm according to its litigation tracker.
