The Newcastle office of national law firm Irwin Mitchell is celebrating today after being named among the winners at this year’s Northern Law Awards.

Irwin Mitchell was named Personal Injury / Clinical Neglignce Team of the Year, specialist asbestos-related disease lawyer Emma Crowther was named Rising Star of the Year, while personal injury expert Kimberley Fryer was also awarded Trainee of the Year.
The awards have come after Irwin Mitchell’s Newcastle office has enjoyed a huge amount of success in the past two years, with the team also winning PI/Clinical Negligence prize at the Northern Law Awards in 2015 and 2016.
The Serious Injury team has also recovered more than £45 million in damages for its seriously injured clients and also appointed specialist will disputes lawyer Paula Myers as its new Regional Managing Partner.
