Irwin Mitchell Advises On East Midlands Airport Property Deal
Litton Property Group has announced a joint venture with motorway service company, Moto, to develop a 3.9 acre site in one of the most connected sites in the East Midlands.
Located at junction 24 of the M1 and adjacent to East Midlands Airport in the heart of the Derby, Nottingham and Leicester triangle, EM Point is available for immediate development.
The site, which is opposite Donington Park Motorway Services, is being a marketed as a bespoke design and build opportunity for the purposes of either Grade A self-contained office space, a showroom, an 80 bedroomed hotel, or 40,000 sq ft of industrial space.
Richard Squire, Development Director at Litton Property Group, said: “We are excited to be bringing forward plans for contemporary designs that will be seen by all traffic on the M1 and most traffic approaching the airport. Positive consultation is progressing with North West Leicestershire District Council and The Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership.
