Medical Negligence Lawyers Instructed To Represent The Family
An inquest is due to take place into the death of a newborn baby boy who died shortly after birth.
Joshua Burr and his twin sister Katie were born on 31st March 2014 at Milton Keynes Hospital but Joshua who was born in a poor condition tragically passed away on 2 April 2014 at John Radcliffe Hospital Oxford after having been transferred there after birth for further care.
Milton Keynes Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are currently investigating five young babies deaths including Joshua’s which were recorded in an eight month period between 2013 and 2014.
The inquest into his death will be held on 10 December at Milton Keynes Coroner’s Court before HM Coroner Tom Osborne.
Joshua’s mum Nicola has instructed expert medical negligence lawyers at Irwin Mitchell to represent them at the hearing.
