

Specialist Asbestos Solicitor Joins Irwin Mitchell In Manchester
Leading national law firm Irwin Mitchell has boosted its personal injury team with the appointment of a specialist asbestos-related disease Solicitor in the Manchester office.Having completed a training contract at a previous firm, Megan Christie has now joined Irwin Mitchell, ranked number one for personal injury law in the recent independent Legal 500 guide.
She studied Law at the University of Manchester and abroad at the Melbourne Law School in Australia before completing a Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Manchester.
Megan joins as a Solicitor in the Asbestos Related Disease team in the Manchester office working on mesothelioma, asbestos-related lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening claims.
She said: “I’m looking forward to building my expertise within this field and using my determination and skill to achieve justice for the victims of asbestos-related diseases and their families.
“It’s really important, particularly in terminal illness cases that victims have access to the best possible medical treatment, care and equipment, and that any financial worries can be eased to provide peace of mind for both themselves and their families.”
