

Details Confirmed On Hearing This Week
An inquest, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a 48 year old Northamptonshire father-of-two is due to take place on Wednesday September 7th 2011.
Ronald Fagan, from Towcester, was found dead on 30th October 2010, after absconding from Berrywood Hospital in Northampton the day before, where he had been receiving care for a longstanding mental illness.
HM Coroner for Northamptonshire, Mrs Anne Pember, will hold the inquest at Northampton General Hospital, starting at 10.20am.
Christopher Hurlston, a medical law solicitor with law firm, Irwin Mitchell, who is representing the family, said: “Mr Fagan’s family have found it extremely hard to come to terms with what happened and very much hope that the inquest will shed light on the circumstances which led to his death.”
