Apprenticeships are a key strategic objective aligned to our diversity and growth ambitions.
Sourcing apprentices (both internally and externally) enables us to recruit in line with our strategic pillars: clients, colleagues and communities, and nurture talented individuals from our local communities. We support our apprentices to become the best version of themselves, which positively impacts how we connect with our clients.
We’ve seen significant growth in our apprentice proposition since 2021, with our number of apprentices increasing to almost 80 people across 17 programmes.
2023 Apprenticeships
We’re delighted to offer a number of apprenticeship opportunities in various locations across the UK starting in September 2023. Programmes range from entry level 3 programmes right through to Masters (level 7) opportunities in legal and non-legal roles, including:
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Internal Audit
- Paralegal
- Solicitor
Opportunities are open for those aged 16 as well as those over 18, and for people who may be considering a career change.

Apprenticeship webinar – Thursday 9 February 2023
Current apprentices and our Early Careers team will share their experiences, discuss the opportunities we have on offer, and help your pupils and students decide if an apprenticeship is right for them.
They’ll also offer advice on how to make applications stand out and talk about what a career is like here.
