If you want to become a solicitor, our graduate recruitment programme is a great way to get started. We’re looking for people who have:
- Tenacity
- Attention to detail
- Initiative
- Empathy and interpersonal skills.
In return, you’ll find our culture supportive and we’ll help you to grow whilst expanding your skills and knowledge. Last year we retained 93% of our trainees on qualification – that shows our commitment to your future with us.
To apply, you don’t need to have studied law at university – many of our lawyers didn’t and we welcome applications from across the board.
