Yassar has a particular specialism in employment litigation and has successfully represented and defended Employment Tribunal claims. These claims span across a wide range of areas, including: unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancies, breach of contract, TUPE and whistleblowing.
Yassar works in the specialist Legal Expenses Insurance team, representing both employees and employers who benefit from legal expense insurance funding.
