Biography
Victoria specialises in construction and engineering law. She advises on and drafts documents for construction and engineering projects. Victoria acts for developers, funders, contractors, and consultants on a wide range of developments and has experience across a range of industry sectors including commercial, education, retail and residential.
Having worked in-house at a global engineering, management, and development consulting firm, Victoria understands the pressures and issues clients face in relation to project delivery. She enjoys advising clients on how they can mitigate contractual risk throughout the project from negotiation to dispute avoidance and clarifying and establishing entitlements under the appointment agreement.
