Ute leverages her dual qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales and German Rechtsanwaeltin to advise clients on national and international transactional and commercial contract matters. With over 20 years of experience gained in private practice and inhouse, she's developed a particularly strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and joint ventures, especially in the Anglo-German market.
Ute's clients range from entrepreneurs and start-ups to global brands. She helps them to innovate, grow and succeed by supporting them in complex transactions and key strategic negotiations and provides high-quality, tailored, and always commercial legal advice.
