Biography
Triena works in the Employment Team, assisting with the representation of both employees and employers who have the benefit of legal expense insurance funding.
Triena supports Solicitors with Employment Tribunal disputes and has successfully represented and defended Employment Tribunal claims. These span across a wide range of areas including unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract, whistleblowing and unlawful deduction of wages.
Key Highlights
Triena has successfully completed her level 3 paralegal apprenticeship with CILEX and is now undertaking the level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship with the University of Law specialising in Employment Law.
