I am a solicitor in the Medical Negligence team in London. I have more than eight years’ experience in law and advise clients on a vast range of complex clinical negligence cases. These include:
- Delayed diagnoses
- Brain injuries
- Failure to obtain consent for treatment
- Orthopaedic injuries
- Cauda equina
- Sepsis
- Fatalities caused by delayed diagnosis of sepsis, stroke or cancer.
What Inspired You To Get Into Law?
I have a keen interest in helping people and in particular, those that have suffered injuries through no fault of their own. They often require assistance to get them back into the same or a similar position as they were before the negligence happened.
What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?
Helping my clients benefit from their damages by helping them to return to their daily life before their injury. Their financial award from their claim helps them to do this.
