Biography
I am a Solicitor in the Family team based at the Birmingham office. I work in all areas of family law, including divorce, financial matters arising from divorce and cohabitation matters, and disputes relating to children. I also act in relation to non-molestation proceedings.
Client care is the most important factor in any case and as such, I give practical advice to clients and guide them through the legal process whilst also making sure they feel supported and informed.
I have had the opportunity to lecture on the topic of honour based crimes (a topic that I have an interest in) alongside the police.
Alongside my work, I am also committed to supporting local students in their legal education and have attended multiple careers events to provide general advice, as well as private mentoring.
Away from the office, I can usually be found spending time with friends and family – maybe enjoying a cocktail or two! Being a committee member of BPS Aspire Talent also allows me to engage with other Birmingham professionals and organise events to bring professionals together outside of the work environment.
I qualified as a solicitor in 2019.
