Biography
Robert is a transactional construction lawyer acting for developers, funders, contractors and consultants on a wide range of developments, from fit-out and residential conversion contracts to high value redevelopment projects.
Robert is familiar with standard form contracts often advising on bespoke amendments and legal solutions to complex procurements issues. He also has a deep understanding of development agreements, facility agreements and agreements for lease working closely with colleagues on multi-disciplinary matters.
Robert is often involved in providing key strategic early-stage contractual advice before projects become litigious helping clients to protect and strengthen their position.
Robert joined Irwin Mitchell in March 2023 having become a partner at his previous firm in 2020.
