Biography
My specialty is cases that arise from childhood abuse. I’ve worked for victims of sexual and physical abuse and neglect. I have experience making claims against local authorities, schools, religious organisations and children’s homes.
I also specialise in medical negligence cases. I’ve made claims against hospitals, GPs and other health professionals. I have experience claiming for delays in diagnosis, surgical errors and inadequate care and treatment.
What Inspired You To Get Into Law?
I’ve always wanted a challenging career which would let me help people find justice. I also like working for clients to solve problems, which at first may have appeared impossible.
What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?
Making sure my client is listened to, and is able to get what they deserve. I enjoy giving them the means and ability to overcome past experiences.
What Do You Like About Working At Irwin Mitchell?
I enjoy working with an extremely talented and diverse group of people. We all work to do the best for our clients, and push boundaries wherever possible. Everyone here is friendly and approachable. We also have access to a range of expert legal knowledge whenever it’s needed.
What Do You Do Away From The Office?
I enjoy reading when I have a quiet moment. I also love travelling and exploring new places.
