Biography
Rebekah has particular specialism in working with trade union members from a range of different backgrounds, successfully representing them in Employment Tribunal Claims and advising on areas including redundancy, unlawful deduction of wages and discrimination.
Rebekah also has expertise in the civil courts relating to complex wage claims.
Rebekah has recently joined the specialist Legal Expenses Insurance team, representing both employers and employees across Birmingham and surrounding areas.
