Biography
Before joining Irwin Mitchell in February 2011, I served with Northumbria Police for over 33 years. I specialised in roads policing and my main roles were as a Family Liaison Coordinator and Lead Investigator into serious road traffic collisions, including fatal accidents.
I draw on my previous experience in these areas in dealing with clients, witnesses and police staff during road traffic accident claims and fatal accident claims. I maintain a close liaison with numerous police forces throughout England and Wales in the area of roads policing, assisting police forces when I can.

I'm committed to give families the correct advice in relation to civil matters to give them a positive outcome to the trauma that they have suffered from a road traffic collision.
What's The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?
To see a positive outcome for families and individuals after suffering trauma. I'm still very passionate in the area of roads policing and the positive impact that a professional investigation can have on this outcome.
