Biography
I specialise in Planning, Environmental, Highways and Local Government law and practice, having worked for almost 20 years in several of the North West’s largest planning and highways authorities and national law firms.
Recent Highlights
Some of my recent work includes successfully defending a Client being prosecuted for allegedly blocking off a footpath. I'm also retained by a large car park management company to provide planning and advertisement legal advice and have helped one of the UK’s largest housebuilders deal with councils’ non-determination of applications, which threatened to undermine their schemes.
