Biography
I have advised trustees, employers, contractors, public authorities, third sector organisations and individuals on a wide range of pensions matters since 2004. My advice covers private sector and public sector schemes, master trusts and industry wide schemes, and personal pension arrangements.
I also have experience advising on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions and projects (including outsourcing arrangements such as public finance initiatives) and on pensions related disputes.
I have advised several clients linked with schemes for former nationalised industries (including schemes for employees in the coal, electricity, railway and water sectors) and have experience of the pensions arrangements for the education sector (primary, secondary and higher/tertiary), health services, and central and local government.
I have several personal appointments in the charitable and education sectors, currently being a trustee director of a Diocesan Board of Finance, a member of a Diocesan Board of Education and a school governor.
