Biography
I am a Financial Services Coordinator Team Leader offering team lead support for the Coordinators covering the South offices. My role involves ensuring smooth operations and driving excellence within the team. I am also a Senior FS Coordinator providing dedicated support to advisors in London. This includes the onboarding of new clients alongside servicing existing clients with a high level of client service.
What inspired you to get into financial services?
At school, I enjoyed maths and working with figures which led me into thinking what areas of work would compliment this. In other roles, I enjoyed interacting and helping clients and personally, I enjoyed planning my own financial goals and so combining these interests, financial planning emerged as a natural fit for me.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
The most rewarding aspect of the role is seeing our clients benefit from the financial advice we have provided and seeing them achieving their financial and personal goals. I also thrive from seeing the team developing in their roles and achieving their career aspirations.
What do you do away from the office?
Living near the Peak District, I enjoy exploring the local area and going on long walks with friends and family. I also enjoy travelling and exploring new countries with my husband. One of my favourite places to visit was Norway which had great food and amazing scenery.
